"Do not defy the bounds set before you."

DNF around 200 pages I don't really know why I couldn't get into this book. I worked my way through Mira's perspective easily, but when Kay's suddenly dropped into the picture, I just couldn't move forward. Characters dropped in at random, a society we were expected to know hit me full force, and I just couldn't get a clear idea of what was going on after the first part of the book. Additionally, I couldn't really relate to many of the characters, especially Mira. She was cold, disconnected, and just far too removed from my own views and societal ethics. I might pick this up again later, I don't really know, but I'm moving on to the other books in my haul before I return to it. Share your thoughts!
